Join a global community of S.H.E. students, staff and sponsors who are working together to change individual and collective experiences of young women who escaped cycles of oppression.
Are matched with a S.H.E. student whose journey you will support and follow.
Receive three progress reports per year, filled with information and stories from your student.
Communicate directly with your student if you choose, with facilitation from S.H.E. staff.
Have the opportunity to visit Kenya with the S.H.E. team and meet your student in person!

Our dynamic website communicates the excitement and joy of S.H.E. students, including stories, photos and videos.
The Annual Report provides information on S.H.E. achievements and finances.
Newsletters three times a year share stories about students and programs you are supporting.

97% of our students successfully graduate.
70% of our graduates are now working.
Our scholarship and student enrichment programs are staffed by Kenyan women who were themselves residents of Safe Houses, recipients of S.H.E. scholarships, and proud college graduates. As role models, they are trusted and admired by S.H.E. students and the local community.
Efficiency - we are working responsibly
Our dedicated staff administer the scholarship program, ensuring that the highest standards of accountability are maintained.
A Kenyan certified public accountant audits the S.H.E. Fund Kenya books quarterly.
At the end of the fiscal year, an independent, accredited Kenyan auditing firm conducts a financial audit of the S.H.E. College Trust Kenya, which is then officially submitted to the relevant authorities of the Government of Kenya.
All S.H.E. College Fund financial information and tax returns are communicated annually on the website and in the Annual Report.
